Application:
widely used in mining industry,coal industry,steel industry,conveying system and so on .It can effectively protect industry equipment from abrasion damange,and reduce the maintenance cost and down-time,standard alumina tiles including: ceramic plain plate ,alumina welded tile, taper tile liner,trapezoidal tile,curved tile ect .which are easily fixed and installed by end users .
Characteristics:
● High hardness
Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90,next to diamond,higher than to wear resistant steel and stainless steel
● Good abrasive & wear resistance
Equal to 266 times for manganese steel and 171.5 times for high cast iron.
The life span is more than 10times under same
● Light weight
Density is 3.6g/cm3,half of steel,lower the load for device
● Strong bonding & high temperature resistance
At 350°C run for a long time and will not ageing.Max temperature for inorganic binder is 750°C.The indicators for bonding and temperature resistance is ahead in China.
