    Description

    A moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) process utilizes floating plastic carriers (media) within the aeration tank to increase the amount of microorganisms available to treat the wastewater. The microorganisms consume organic material and the media provides increased surface area for the biological microorganisms to attach to and grow in the aeration tanks. The increased surface area reduces the footprint of the tanks required to treat the wastewater.

    The AMB Bio Media provided by us is self cleaning and enables excellent surface ratio. The bio-film carrier elements are produced from a material and with a procedure that provided properly stored and used ensures a minimum aging time of 20 years. Our Bio Media can also be used as packing media for water coolers, oil water separators, and de-nitrification systems for polluted fish farms. Due to the use of AMB Bio Media, the biological treatments get highly effective.

    The suspension biological packing is called BIOCELL. It modified polymeric materials with the promoted additions of bio-enzyme, it improves the enzymatic catalysis, so it possess excellences of larger specific surface, being easy to multiply biofilm, difficult falling off, high denitrification, good hydrophile, high biological activity and so on.

    The suspension biological packing widely uses in the sanitary sewage and industrial waste processing, is suitable especially for the excess load active sludge law transformation and the area limited newly built sewage factory.
